The project will start in 2009 and continue until 2012, a period in which about 17,500 square meters of land will be covered.

“Since it opened in 1970, the Hotel Casino Lisboa has played an important role in the development of Macao’s economy."

Showboat Casino-Hotel is undergoing a massive renovation project that includes almost every aspect of the casino, from the employees areas to the casino floor itself. The project, which costs $43 million dollars, includes changing carpets, ceilings, furniture, wall coverings, lighting, colors, chandeliers and the look in general. The main idea is to change it into a more relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.
